Diamond considers it essential to protect the privacy of its clients and of visitors to its website. Personal client and visitor data are therefore handled and secured with the greatest possible care. Diamond complies with the requirements of the Data Protection Act in all cases. Diamond is responsible for data processing. In compliance with the Data Protection Act, the processing is reported to the Compliance Officer of the Personal Data Protection Board located in The Hague.

Referencing of links
The Diamond website may contain links to other websites belonging to other parties. Diamond is not responsible for the manner in which these parties handle your data. You should therefore always check to see if the sites you visit contain a privacy statement. If yes, then please read it to see whether you agree with the respective party’s privacy policy.
